Voicemail, like most Robokiller functionalities, relies on a feature on your phone called Conditional Call Forwarding (CCF). This feature, provided by phone carriers, steps in and forwards busy, unreachable, or unanswered calls to Robokiller for screening.
Carrier's voicemail
Some carriers, like AT&T and T-Mobile, support CCF without hitches and allow you to receive your voicemails directly in your carrier's voicemail inbox. If you use this option, you won't be able to find or listen to your voicemail inside the app.
Hosted voicemail
If your carrier doesn't support this feature, no worries! You'll receive your voicemails directly inside the Robokiller app through our Hosted Voicemail service. If you choose this option, all your voicemails will appear in the Voicemail tab on the app.
Keep in mind that the Voicemail tab will appear inside the app only after you've received your first voicemail through Robokiller.
⚠️ If you correctly activated the service and you're experiencing issues with your voicemail, refer to this dedicated article to learn how to troubleshoot.
