Robokiller uses Conditional Call Forwarding (CCF) to screen calls when your line is busy, unreachable, or unanswered. This is what allows voicemail and other features to work properly.
👉 Carrier’s voicemail
Carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile support CCF smoothly.
-
In this case, your voicemails go to your carrier’s inbox
-
You won’t see or listen to these voicemails inside the Robokiller app
👉 Robokiller voicemail
If your carrier doesn’t support CCF, no problem—Robokiller offers Hosted Voicemail.
-
Your voicemails will appear in the Voicemail tab inside the app
-
This tab only shows up after you receive your first Robokiller voicemail
👉 How to switch back to your carrier’s voicemail
-
Tap the Settings tab in the Robokiller app
-
Under Voicemail Settings, tap Voicemail handler
-
Select Phone to use your carrier’s voicemail
