Firstly, double-check that your carrier and pricing plan support Conditional Call Forwarding. Sometimes, it might not be included by default. 

👉 Update the app

Head to the App Store or Google Play Store to confirm you're running the latest version of Robokiller.

1. Open the Robokiller app
2. Tap More > Help and Support > Troubleshoot call forwarding
