To overcome any issue you’re facing with your voicemail, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps:
- Fresh installation. Delete the app, reboot your device, and reinstall Robokiller.
- Deactivate and reactivate Call Forwarding manually. Open the app > More > Help and Support > Troubleshoot call forwarding > Deactivate Robokiller, then go to Settings > Call Screening > Enable Call Screening.
- Turn off Live Voicemail (iOS). Go to your iPhone’s Settings > Phone > Calls, then toggle Live Voicemail off
Keep in mind that if you’re using your carrier’s voicemail, the solution might be out of our reach. However, Robokiller offers its own Hosted Voicemail feature. This lets us manage your voicemail directly, helping improve spam protection and reliability.
