An incorrect setup of the Call Forwarding feature could cause the service to not work as intended. If you're experiencing issues, we recommend deactivating and reactivating Call Forwarding, as that should solve them. To do it, follow these easy steps:
- Open the app
- Go to More > Help and Support > Troubleshoot call forwarding > Deactivate Robokiller
- Follow the prompts to deactivate the service
Once the service has been deactivated on your device, follow these steps to reactivate:
- Go to Settings > Call Screening
- Toggle on Enable Call Screening
- Follow the prompts to complete the setup
You're good to go! Call Forwarding should now be correctly set up on your device and Robokiller is ready to work its magic 🙌
