If you have more than one active subscription linked to your Robokiller account, we recommend canceling the extra one to avoid being charged twice. Please follow the instructions below, depending on where you purchased your subscriptions.

👉 If you have two active Google subscriptions:

1. Open the Google Play app
2. At the top right, tap your profile icon
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
4. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account
5. Select the subscription you want to cancel
6. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions

Pro tip: If you have more than one Google account, we recommend checking all of them to locate and manage subscriptions, as we’re unable to see which specific store account was used for purchase.
 

⚠️ If you have one Google subscription and one purchased directly through our website, please cancel the subscription purchased through the Google Play Store by following the instructions above.
