If you’ve reinstalled Robokiller, switched devices, or changed accounts, here’s everything you need to know about accessing your existing subscription.

👉 What to do if you're prompted to subscribe again

You don’t need to pay again if you already have an active subscription. Follow these steps:

1. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google Account you used when you subscribed

2. Tap Restore Purchase or Already Purchased? on the subscription screen

3. Robokiller will recognize your subscription and activate your plan

4. Follow the setup steps to finish

👉 Subscribed through the Robokiller website?

If you subscribed directly through our website (not via App Store or Google Play), do not tap Restore Purchase. Instead:

1. Open the app

2. Enter the phone number used at sign-up

3. Dismiss the paywall if it appears

4. Your subscription should activate automatically
