If you purchased through Android, you are welcome to follow the suggestions below:
👉 Check your subscription status from the app
- Open the app and go to More
- Tap My Account > Subscriptions
⚠️ If you've subscribed through the Google Play Store, your subscription information is also retrievable as follows:
- Google Play app > Profile icon
- Payments & subscriptions
- Subscriptions > Robokiller
👉 Update payment method
Here's how you can update your billing method:
- Visit play.google.com
- Click on your profile icon at the top right
- Navigate to Payments & Subscriptions and then Payment Methods
- Locate the payment method you wish to update and select Edit
- Modify the necessary details
- After making the changes, click Update
Please remember to keep your billing information updated to ensure uninterrupted service with your Robokiller subscription!
👉 Change the duration of your subscription
It's currently impossible to directly switch from Monthly to Yearly, or vice-versa. You will need to cancel your current subscription and then resubscribe for the plan and duration you'd like.
