If you have more than one active subscription linked to your Robokiller account, we recommend canceling the extra one to avoid being charged twice. Please follow the instructions below, depending on where you purchased your subscriptions.

👉 If you have two active Apple subscriptions:

1. Open Settings on your device
2. Tap Subscriptions
3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel
4. Tap Cancel Subscription
5. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew

Pro tip: If you have more than one Apple ID, we recommend checking all of them to locate and manage subscriptions, as we’re unable to see which specific store account was used for purchase.
 

⚠️ If you have one Apple subscription and one purchased directly through our website, please cancel the subscription purchased through the App Store by following the instructions above.
