If your number or your organization’s number has been mistakenly flagged as spam by Robokiller, we understand how frustrating that can be. We’re here to help you resolve it.
👉 Why did this happen?
Robokiller uses a combination of community reports and reputation data to build and maintain our Global Blacklist. Sometimes, legitimate numbers may be incorrectly marked based on user reports or carrier-provided data.
👉 How to request removal
If you believe your number was flagged in error, you can submit a request to have it removed from our Global Blacklist.
To begin the process, please fill out the removal request form by following the instructions in this link.
Our team will review your request and take appropriate action to correct the listing if the number is confirmed to be safe.
