If you're still experiencing blocked calls after deactivating Robokiller, there are a few possible reasons this might be happening. Here's how to troubleshoot and resolve it.
👉 1. Check that Robokiller was fully deactivated
To properly deactivate Robokiller, you need to disable call forwarding on your device. If this step wasn’t completed, your calls may still be routed through Robokiller’s system.
To deactivate manually:
-
Dial the deactivation code:
##004#
(works on most carriers) -
Press the Call button
-
Wait for a confirmation message
Alternatively, visit www.deactivatemyphone.com and follow the steps specific to your carrier.
👉 2. Restart your phone
After deactivation, restarting your phone helps ensure the call routing settings are fully refreshed.
👉 3. Confirm Robokiller is uninstalled
If the app is still installed and active, it may continue handling calls. To be sure:
-
Uninstall the Robokiller app from your device
-
If you're on iPhone, also disable Call Blocking & Identification under Settings > Phone
👉 4. Still having issues?
If you've followed all the steps above and calls are still being blocked, your carrier might still be forwarding calls. Contact your carrier to confirm that Call Forwarding has been fully removed from your line.
