In order to cancel your current subscription, please follow these steps:
- Login into your account on the website page.
- Click on Manage Subscription
- Choose Cancel Subscription

Or you can contact our support team directly by emailing support@robokiller.com. When contacting RoboKiller’s email support team, if possible, please make sure to provide the following information. This will help our team identify your account and respond to your request as soon as possible. 

1. Your phone number associated with your RoboKiller subscription 
2. The last four digits of the card used to purchase the subscription
3. The date and amount of the most recent RoboKiller subscription charge

Please note the information you share with our support team is completely secure on RoboKiller's encrypted servers.
