RoboKiller Help Center
The RoboKiller Help Center provides many online tutorials and guides to help you get the most out of RoboKiller. You can access accurate, up-to-date information about RoboKiller 24/7 by heading over to our Knowledge Base here.
RoboKiller offers free email-only support to all RoboKiller customers, including those who are in a 7-day trial. Our email support team can be contacted by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
When contacting RoboKiller’s email support team, if possible, please make sure to provide the following information. This will help our technical team identify your account and respond to your request as soon as possible.
- Your phone number associated with your RoboKiller subscription
- Your present phone carrier provider for your smartphone

Does RoboKiller offer phone support?
RoboKiller does not offer phone support at this time.
Does RoboKiller offer live chat support?
Live chat support is not available at this time. RoboKiller does offer a Smart Support chatbot, which can help direct you to specific Help Center articles for any questions you may have, or submit a support ticket via email directly from the chat.

RoboKiller Support and Your Phone Carrier
Many times, perceived technical issues with RoboKiller may be an issue with RoboKiller’s integration with your phone carrier. This happens if you experience issues with RoboKiller’s call blocking integration with your carrier, or have difficulty with RoboKiller correctly/incorrectly blocking phone calls. For privacy reasons, RoboKiller cannot troubleshoot any technical integration issues with your carrier.
If this happens, you may need to contact your phone provider and request that they reset your call forwarding settings. We recommend you do so by contacting your phone provider’s support team. You can learn more about this here.
