How can I disable RoboKiller on my phone? (iOS 12+)

Deleting RoboKiller from your phone does NOT remove the call forwarding setting you activated during the RoboKiller setup process.

To disable RoboKiller from your phone, please follow these instructions:

In the RoboKiller app:

  • Tap the Settings tab in the bottom right of your app
  • Tap Help & Troubleshooting (listed as Help & Support on iOS 12)
  • Tap Disable RoboKiller
  • Follow the on-screen instructions

If the method above doesn't work, please dial and call the deactivation code for your carrier below:

 If you're using iOS 13:

 If you're using iOS 12:

For carriers programmed using Unconditional Call Forwarding (iOS 12 & 13):

Please, note: We strongly advise you to contact your carrier if you have recently used your carrier’s blocking app, also. Multiple incidents have proved that carriers’ blocking applications can interfere with RoboKiller reprogramming or can cause confusion regarding RoboKiller deactivation. In those cases RoboKiller is, in fact, deactivated, while your carrier's call blocking app remains.

Still have questions? Support is available through the app or on our website at www.robokiller.com/support. We'd be glad to help!
