If you are unable to access answer bots, it may be due to your carrier not supporting a feature called Conditional Call Forwarding. This feature is required for Answer Bots to work. 

If your phone carrier does not support Conditional Call Forwarding, you will not see the option to enable Answer Bots in the app.
