We understand that sometimes things change, and you might want to remove Robokiller from your phone. We're here to help you through the process.
Before you unsubscribe and erase the app, remember to turn off call forwarding to Robokiller. Merely uninstalling the Robokiller app doesn't initially turn off the call forwarding you set up. You must turn off call forwarding before removing the app and ending your subscription to avoid missing calls or losing voicemails even after the app is gone.
Here's how to turn off call forwarding:
- Launch the app and tap on Account, located at the bottom right corner.
- Navigate to Help & Feedback under Support.
- Choose Disable Robokiller.
- When asked to pause Robokiller and select No, I still want to disable.
- Hit Turn off Call Forwarding to view and call the deactivation code.
You can also visit www.deactivatemyphone.com and follow the on-screen instructions for assistance in deactivation. Please remember that turning off the app's call blocking is the surefire way to correctly disable Robokiller, ensuring you never miss crucial calls or messages.
