Merely uninstalling the Robokiller app doesn't turn off call forwarding. You must manually do so before removing the app and ending your subscription to avoid missing calls or losing voicemails going forward.
To deactivate Robokiller's call-blocking integration with your phone carrier, follow these instructions:
In-app deprogramming
- Launch the app and tap More in the bottom-right corner
- Tap Help and support > Deactivate Robokiller
- When prompted to pause Robokiller, select No, I still want to disable
- Tap Turn off Call Forwarding to view and call the deactivation code.
Web deactivation
Visit www.deactivatemyphone.com and follow the on-screen instructions for assistance.
Carrier deactivation
If you are unable to deactivate Robokiller's call blocking using the app or website, dial and call the alternate deactivation code for your carrier below:
- Verizon: *900 or *920
- AT&T: ##61#, ##62#, ##67#, or ##21#
- MetroPCS: ##61#, ##62#, or ##67#
- T-Mobile: ##61#, ##62#, ##67#, or ##21#
- Sprint: *720
- C-Spire: *77
- Cricket: ##61#, ##62#, or ##67#
- Straight Talk: ##61#, ##62#, or ##67#
⚠️ If you’re an Apple user, check if the Silence Unknown Callers feature is turned off in your device settings.
⚠️ If you've recently used your carrier's blocking app, their settings might interfere with deprogramming. Sadly, there is no other way for you to find out other than to contact them. We recommend giving them a call to make sure the blocking services below are off:
- AT&T: AT&T Call Protect
- T-Mobile/Sprint: T-Mobile Scam Shield
- Verizon: Verizon Call Filter
