If you're having trouble with RoboKiller's call blocking features, or want to stop RoboKiller from blocking calls on your smartphone you will need to take specific steps to de-program RoboKiller's integration with your phone carrier and the phone calls you receive.
Tip: Deleting the RoboKiller app from your phone does NOT remove the call forwarding setting you activated during the RoboKiller setup process.
UPDATE: RoboKiller has identified a bug in our VoIP calling system that may be preventing some calls from being able to connect, including some from contacts. This bug is currently only affecting customers using Unconditional Call Forwarding on app versions 5.0 and above. We are actively investigating and working on fixing the issue. In the meantime, you can follow these steps for temporary troubleshooting and potential fixes.

How to disable RoboKiller by contacting your carrier.
If you continue to experience issues deprogramming RoboKiller’s call blocking integration with your carrier, you will need to contact your phone provider and request that they reset your call forwarding settings.
We strongly advise you to contact your carrier if you have recently used your carrier’s blocking app, also. Multiple incidents have proved that carriers’ blocking applications can interfere with RoboKiller reprogramming or can cause confusion regarding RoboKiller deactivation. In those cases RoboKiller is, in fact, deactivated, while your carrier's call blocking app remains.
