We're happy to inform you that ALL CARRIERS are now compatible with RoboKiller in the US and Canada. A couple of things to note:
First, please, make sure your carrier and pricing plan both support call forwarding. Some carriers (MetroPCS, C-Spire, etc.) may not have the call forwarding feature included in your plan by default. The app will work best with busy, unanswered, and unreachable calls forwarded only, but if your carrier can only forward (or not) all of your calls, - that's OK too. The app needs any call forwarding to work.
Second, for the complete RoboKiller experience (including our AnswerBots), your carrier needs to support something called "Conditional Call Forwarding." Currently, in the US, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Cricket, Visible, Spectrum, & C-Spire (business class) offer conditional call forwarding and in Canada this is supported by Rogers, Bell Mobility, TELUS, Freedom Mobile, and MTS Communications Inc.
If you do not see your carrier listed above, your phone carrier may not offer Conditional Call Forwarding. But you will still be able to use almost all RoboKiller features.
