We hope enabling both RoboKiller extensions in your iPhone settings is a seamless process for you. However, if you run into any issues, please follow the instructions below to resolve the specific issue you are experiencing.
Extensions not appearing:
- Please go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification on your iPhone.
- Make sure any numbers on your Call Blocking & Identification list are formatted correctly and include the country code (e.g +1XXXXXXXXXX for the U.S.).
- Uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app. Make sure you restart your phone before reinstalling to ensure a bug-free install.
"Error Enabling Extension":
- Please go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification on your iPhone.
- Make sure any numbers on your Call Blocking & Identification list are formatted correctly and include the country code (e.g +1XXXXXXXXXX for the U.S.)
- Uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app. Make sure you restart your phone before reinstalling RoboKiller.
- Before opening the app, go back to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification and turn both RoboKiller switches ON.
- Return to the app and proceed with activation.
Extension being stuck in a loading loop:
- Uninstall the app and restart your phone.
- Reinstall the RoboKiller app.
- Before opening the app, go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification on your iPhone and turn both RoboKiller switches ON.
