Why can't I enable RoboKiller's CallKit extensions?

We hope enabling both RoboKiller extensions in your iPhone settings is a seamless process for you. However, if you run into any issues, please follow the instructions below to resolve the specific issue you are experiencing.

Extensions not appearing:

  1. Please go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification on your iPhone.
  2. Make sure any numbers on your Call Blocking & Identification list are formatted correctly and include the country code (e.g +1XXXXXXXXXX for the U.S.).
  3. Uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app. Make sure you restart your phone before reinstalling to ensure a bug-free install.

 

"Error Enabling Extension":

  1. Please go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification on your iPhone.
  2. Make sure any numbers on your Call Blocking & Identification list are formatted correctly and include the country code (e.g +1XXXXXXXXXX for the U.S.)
  3. Uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app. Make sure you restart your phone before reinstalling RoboKiller.
  4. Before opening the app, go back to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification and turn both RoboKiller switches ON.
  5. Return to the app and proceed with activation.

Extension being stuck in a loading loop:

  1. Uninstall the app and restart your phone.
  2. Reinstall the RoboKiller app.
  3. Before opening the app, go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification on your iPhone and turn both RoboKiller switches ON.
