RoboKiller has stopped working on your device, and you have recently changed phone number/carrier, this could be the culprit to your issues.
When changing your carrier please reach out to us, with your phone number, and who your new carrier is. Once we get this information we will make the needed changes to your account to reflect the correct carrier.
If you changed phone numbers, but kept the same carrier please use the original Google Play account to download the RoboKiller app, and then proceed through the in app set up instructions to ensure that your device is properly set up.
