Why isn't RoboKiller working after changing my phone number?

If you changed phone numbers, but kept the same carrier please use the original Google Play account or Apple ID to download the RoboKiller app, and then proceed through the in-app setup instructions to ensure that your device is properly set up.

To update your phone number, please delete and reinstall RoboKiller. When you re-enter RoboKiller, you should be prompted to enter your new phone number. Once you do so, complete the following prompts and reactivate RoboKiller. If you come across any issues with this process, please contact our support team at www.robokiller.com/support.
