What Does It Protect Against?

Data brokers delve into:

• Basic Data: Including your name, age, email addresses, phone numbers, location, family connections, gender, educational background, current employer, and job title.
• Extended Data: Social media profiles, legal records, marital status, and vehicle details.

How Does PDP Work?

Our collaboration with HelloPrivacy ensures cutting-edge technology is in play to safeguard your data.

1. Scan: Robokiller actively scans up to 100 broker sites for exposed personal data, offering results within 90 seconds.
2. Remove: As soon as data is detected, we initiate opt-out requests. If data brokers require manual user opt-out, we'll guide you through it. It can take brokers up to 45 days to remove the data.
3. Monitor: Every 90 days, for enrolled users, we re-scan to ensure you're continuously protected against re-exposures.

Getting Started with PDP

1. Launch the Robokiller app and select the Personal Data Protection icon from the Home screen.
2. Input your first name, last name, birth year, and email. Confirm or edit the location.
3. Initiate a real-time scan.

Understanding the PDP Dashboard

• In Progress: Shows the count of ongoing removal requests.
• Removed: The total number of exposures Robokiller has successfully removed.

Upon broker confirmation of data removal, Robokiller immediately deletes it from our end. A new scan initiates every 90 days, searching for fresh exposures.

Having Trouble?

While Personal Data Protection is designed for a seamless experience, there might be occasional roadblocks. If a broker's site isn’t responding:

1. Navigate to the PDP dashboard.
2. Tap Unable to complete under the request status.
3. This cues a pre-crafted email to the broker, ensuring swift action.

Your Data is Sacred to Us

We never share, buy, or sell your data. Post data removal from broker sites, we also ensure its deletion from our databases.
