When you change between different types of devices, like switching from an iPhone to an Android or vice versa, you might encounter sign-in issues with Robokiller. Here's why:
Robokiller's subscription is linked to your platform account: Apple ID for iPhones and Google Account for Androids. These platforms operate separately; neither Apple nor Google provides developers with payment access. As a result, we can't adjust subscriptions directly.
- Cancel your existing Robokiller subscription from your original device's platform.
- Once you set up your new device, you can resubscribe to Robokiller through the appropriate platform store.
If you're upgrading, like moving from one iPhone to another or from one Android device to another Android, transferring your Robokiller account is a breeze:
- Reinstall Robokiller on your new device.
- Tap the RESTORE PURCHASE button on the payment screen, and you'll be all set.
