Did you stay with the same carrier?

If you did, ensure you're using the original Apple ID or Google Play account you initially used with Robokiller. Then, re-download the Robokiller app and follow the in-app setup instructions. This will ensure everything is set up just right.

Need to update your number in Robokiller?

Start by deleting the Robokiller app from your device. Now, reinstall it. You'll be prompted to enter your new phone number when you open the app. After entering your new number, continue with the subsequent prompts, which gives Robokiller the green light to swing back into action.
