Delete the Robokiller app from your device

Reinstall it from the App Store or Play Store

Open the app and enter your new phone number when prompted

Follow the setup steps to complete the process
👉 Stayed with the same carrier?
If your carrier didn’t change:

Use the same Apple ID or Google Play account you originally used with Robokiller

Re-download the Robokiller app

Follow the setup steps in the app
This will link your account to your subscription and get things running smoothly.
👉 If you have switched to a new carrier
- Delete the Robokiller app from your device
- Reboot your phone to clear the app's cache
- Reinstall it from the App Store or Play Store
- Open the app and enter your new phone number when prompted
- To avoid being charged again, tap 'Restore Purchase' if you are using iOS, or 'Already A Robokiller User?' if you are on Android
- Follow the setup steps to complete the process
This process will update your account with your new number and carrier, ensure your subscription remains active, and prevent duplicate charges. Once that's done, Robokiller will be ready to block spam on your new number!
