- Subscription. Make sure you're subscribed to Premium, as Lite or Standard plans only block callers from our spam list.
- Fresh installation. Delete the app, reboot your device, and reinstall Robokiller.
- Re-run the app’s setup. Open the app > More > Help and Support > Troubleshoot call forwarding > Start Troubleshooting.
- Reprogram. Manually set up call forwarding by following the steps in this article.
