Having trouble with Robokiller blocking calls from friends or family? Sometimes, this happens when Robokiller encounters calls made via the internet rather than the traditional phone lines. It's a bit like the difference between regular mail and email; they're both messages but delivered differently.
Here's a quick fix:
- Go to your phone's Settings, then tap on Robokiller.
- Under the ALLOW ROBOKILLER TO ACCESS section, make sure both Contacts and Cellular are switched on.
- Also, take a peek at your phone plan to make sure you haven't run out of data. Without data, Robokiller might miss a few calls.
You may also need to give Robokiller a quick reset (a bit like turning off and on your TV), you can get step-by-step guidance at www.deactivatemyphone.com. Once you've deactivated, just head back into the app to reprogram. To do so:
- Open the Robokiller app.
- Tap ... More in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Choose Troubleshooting under the Support section.
- Select Start Troubleshooting and follow the prompts.
If you encounter any issues with reprogramming, you can find some additional help in this article.
We hope this helps you enjoy uninterrupted calls from your contacts!
