Robokiller is built to block spam, but occasionally, it might filter out legitimate calls, especially from VoIP services or numbers not in your contacts. Here’s how to make sure you always receive calls from the people who matter.
👉 Step 1: Make sure Robokiller can access your Contacts
If you’d like Robokiller to automatically allow calls from people in your Contacts list, check these settings:
-
Open your iPhone’s Settings
-
Scroll down and tap Robokiller
-
Turn ON Mobile Data
-
Tap Contacts and select Full Access
Also, ensure your phone has an active data plan. Robokiller may not work properly without it.
👉 Step 2: Reset Robokiller if needed
If calls are still being blocked, reprogram Robokiller with these steps:
-
Open the Robokiller app
-
Tap … More in the bottom right corner
-
Select Troubleshooting under the Support section
-
Tap Start Troubleshooting and follow the prompts
This should reconfigure your call forwarding and ensure proper functionality.
👉 Step 3: Manually Allow specific numbers
If you don’t want to share your Contacts or need to unblock a specific number, you can manually allow it.
Allow a previously blocked number
-
Open the Robokiller app
-
Tap Calls
-
Find the number listed under Blocked
-
Tap Allow and confirm with Yes
Manually add a number to your Allow list
-
Open the Robokiller app
-
Tap Settings
-
Select Blocked and Safe Filters
-
Tap Safe > Numbers
-
Tap + Add and enter the full number (e.g. +1 123-456-7890)
-
Optionally, add a name or label
-
Tap Allow to confirm
You can also save the number in your Contacts for added clarity.
👉 Need to block or manage other numbers?
You can add any number to your Blocked list the same way:
-
Tap Settings > Blocked and Safe Filters
-
Tap Blocked > Numbers
-
Tap + Add and enter the full number
This gives you full control over who can reach you and who can’t.
