If you encounter this message, it implies Robokiller tried to route the call to you but couldn't.
Reasons for this might include:
- Limited cell reception.
- Your device was off or set to Airplane mode.
To rectify this:
- Confirm that you have the latest version of the Robokiller app.
- Navigate to ... More > Troubleshooting > Start Troubleshooting.
If the problem persists, please uninstall the app and then re-download it.
Robokiller received a call from +1XXXXXXXXXX, but the app was uninstalled.
If you encounter this message, it seems Robokiller was not found on your device when the call was processed.
If this is unexpected:
