Robokiller filters your calls to block spam and let real ones through. But sometimes you might see a message about a missed call. Here’s what those alerts mean—and how to fix them.

👉 “Robokiller received a call from +1XXXXXXXXXX, but the app was unreachable”

This means Robokiller tried to route a call, but your device didn’t respond.

Possible reasons:

• Weak or no cell signal

• Your phone was off

• Airplane mode was on

How to fix it:

1. Make sure you’re using the latest version of Robokiller

2. Go to … More > Troubleshooting > Start Troubleshooting

3. If issues continue, uninstall and reinstall the app

👉 “Robokiller received a call from +1XXXXXXXXXX, but the app was uninstalled”

This means Robokiller wasn’t on your device when a call came in.

If you didn’t expect that:

1. Remove the current version of Robokiller (if it’s partially installed)

2. Reinstall the app from the App Store or Play Store

3. Open the app, log in, and complete setup

These steps should get Robokiller working again so it can keep protecting your calls!
