If you find that Robokiller is mistakenly blocking a call you want to receive, don't worry! You can easily fine-tune your settings to permit such calls. First and foremost, Robokiller usually respects the contacts saved in your phones. Adding a number to your contact list gives it a VIP pass to ring through. However, if you'd prefer not to add a number to your contacts, there's a straightforward way to ensure that particular number isn't blocked. And, by doing so, you're helping improve Robokiller's service for everyone. Here's how:

1. Open the Robokiller app and tap on the Protection tab at the bottom.
2. Click on Block and allow list.
3. Make sure Allowed is highlighted at the top. Now, tap on the Add Number button.
4. Input the 10-digit number. If it's already in the list, select it.
5. Assign a name or label to this number for easy reference.
6. Click on the Allow button to confirm. You can also add this number to your Contacts if you'd like.
