Welcome to the world of hassle-free spam protection! If you've upgraded to Robokiller Premium, we'd love to help you make the most of it. Here's a simple guide to ensure you're all set up:
Check with Your Carrier
Firstly, double-check that your carrier and pricing plan support Conditional Call Forwarding. Sometimes, it might not be included by default. The app works wonders when only forwarding busy, unanswered, and unreachable calls.
Update Your App
Head to the App Store or Google Play Store to confirm you're running the latest version of Robokiller. It's always a good idea to have the most recent update. If you're ever in doubt, a quick delete and reinstall should do the trick!
Programming Through the App
Open the Robokiller app, go to Account > Troubleshooting > Start Troubleshooting, and follow the on-screen prompts. If are unable to program through the app, you can also do a manual setup. To do so, switch off your phone's wifi, then, depending on your carrier, dial your carrier's programming code from the list below:
Xfinity Mobile: *713016128486
US Cellular: *908574142001
Straight Talk: **21*3016128485#
Mint Mobile: **004*3016128482#
Boost Mobile: *723016128484
Google Fi: **004*9852028060#
Every number in these programming codes is essential, so don't forget to include the asterisk (*) and hash or pound (#) symbols. After dialing, your phone should beep, confirm call forwarding, or display a message, Setting Activation Succeeded.
Don't See Your Carrier?
If you're in Canada, we've got you covered, too:
Bell Mobility: **004*4373700015#
Freedom Mobile: **004*2892041300#
We understand that technology can sometimes present unexpected challenges, but with a bit of guidance, you're never far from a solution. Thanks for choosing Robokiller to keep those pesky unwanted calls at bay!
