Robokiller processes subscriptions via the Apple and Google Play stores or our website. If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, we can't directly manage your subscriptions through these platforms. For specific help with iOS subscriptions, you can follow the steps outlined in this article. For Android subscriptions, please follow the steps outlined in this article. However, if you subscribed through our website, please email us at support@robokiller.com.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Disable Call Forwarding

It's essential to deactivate call forwarding to Robokiller when canceling your subscription. While the sequence doesn't matter, doing this step first ensures you don't overlook it later. If you remove the app without this deactivation, Robokiller will still block calls and manage your voicemails, but you won't have control over these features. Here's how to disable it:

1. Open the app and tap Account at the bottom right.
2. Choose Help & Feedback under Support.
3. Select Disable Robokiller.
4. When asked to pause Robokiller, pick No, I still want to disable.
5. Finally, click Turn off Call Forwarding and call the displayed deactivation code. A confirmation will either display on the screen or be heard through your device.

Please remember that turning off the app's call blocking is the surefire way to correctly disable Robokiller, ensuring you never miss crucial calls or messages. Cancellation Steps

To fully end your subscription, please cancel it as you signed up.

App Store

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
• Select iTunes & App Store, and tap your Apple ID.
• Click View Apple ID, and verify with Touch ID, Face ID, or your password.
• Tap Subscriptions.
• Find Robokiller under Active and choose Cancel Subscription.

Google Play Store

• Open the Google Play app.
• Tap the profile icon at the top right.
• Go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Choose Robokiller and select Cancel Subscription.

Website

• Visit www.robokiller.com.
• Click Sign In and access your account.
• Navigate to Manage Subscription and opt for Cancel Subscription.

If you encounter any issues canceling on the website, please email us at support@robokiller.com and please provide:

• Your Robokiller-associated phone number.
• The last four digits of the card used to purchase.
• Date and amount of your most recent Robokiller transaction.
