Outgoing Calls

Robokiller is a protective sidekick, not a disrupter. It doesn't meddle with your outgoing calls at all. Whenever you call back a number from the Robokiller app, the native iOS Phone app takes over to place the call.

Incoming Calls

When your contacts call you, they're always given the VIP treatment – they bypass Robokiller completely. All incoming calls are managed differently based on your chosen Robokiller plan: Lite, Standard, or Premium. Here's how the features stack up:

Silence Unknown Callers

This feature, when enabled, sends calls from non-contacts directly to voicemail. Siri's intelligence features might allow numbers you've interacted with (like ones in your emails or texts) to ring through. Call Quality

More than traditional carrier network calls, network conditions and signal strength may influence Robokiller handled calls' quality. We're always keen on call quality metrics and exploring improvement opportunities.

Conditional Call Forwarding and Unconditional Call Forwarding

Depending on your plan with your carrier, you might use Conditional Call Forwarding (CCF) or Unconditional Call Forwarding (UCF). Think of these as different ways Robokiller manages your calls.

If you're using CCF, it works closely with your iPhone's Silence Unknown Callers feature. All calls from your saved contacts or those identified by your iPhone's intelligent assistant, Siri, get through without hassle. Any calls Robokiller deems legitimate or has screened also get through, and they're all managed securely within the Robokiller app.

To make this work the best, we suggest saving numbers you often chat with within your contacts list. That way, Robokiller knows they're safe and lets their calls come through to you.
