We’re sorry to hear you’re looking to cancel your Robokiller subscription. While we hate to see you go, we do want to make things easy for you. This article will cover the steps required to properly cancel your subscription and disable Robokiller’s call blocking integration with your phone carrier.
NOTE: Because Robokiller is required to process subscriptions through the iOS and Android app stores, we do not (and cannot) manage your billing through these venues. For direct assistance with iOS subscriptions, visit Apple support. For direct assistance with Android subscriptions, visit Google Play support. If you purchased a subscription directly through our website, you can reach out to support@robokiller.com for assistance with cancelation. Otherwise, you will need to follow the steps below to cancel your subscription based on where you purchased Robokiller.
Before canceling, be sure to disable call forwarding to Robokiller
When canceling your Robokiller subscription, you will need to disable call forwarding to Robokiller. Although it doesn’t matter if you do this before or after you’ve removed the app and/or canceled your subscription, it helps to do it first so you don’t accidentally skip this step.
If you simply delete the app without deactivating, the software and your phone carrier will still be integrated and Robokiller will continue to block spam calls and host your voicemails — you just won’t be able to customize or manage your spam-blocking. Remember, the cancellation process isn’t over until you disable call forwarding to Robokiller.
- In the bottom right-hand corner of the app, tap Account
- Under Support, tap Help & Feedback
- Tap Disable Robokiller
- On the next screen, when prompted to temporarily pause Robokiller, select No, I still want to disable to continue
- Tap Turn off Call Forwarding to display a deactivation code for the device to call
- Tap the deactivation code to make the call
Upon successful deactivation, you’ll either see a confirmation message on the screen or hear a confirmation message from your speaker.
If at any time you run into issues with deactivation, our support team will be happy to help. Please send an email to support@robokiller.com with your account information and we’ll do our best to get back to you within 24-36 hours.
How to cancel your Robokiller subscription
In addition to deactivating Robokiller’s call blocking integration, you will need to cancel the subscription itself. As a reminder, to fully terminate your subscription, you need to cancel the same way you signed up for the service.
