It's come to our attention that many of our Sprint users are having an issue during activation. If you received an error message during the test call, it's likely that Sprint is dropping your Caller ID information. Our engineers have been notified and we're working hard to get this issue resolved ASAP, but we need your help! If you're experiencing this issue, please give Sprint a call at 844-665-6327 and let them know that they're dropping your phone number when a call from 908-238-3141, which is our practice call number is forwarded to 985-202-8060 which is the forwarding number you're programmed to. The more customers that report this issue, Sprint will have more examples and will be able to prioritize finding a solution.
If you'd like to troubleshoot the issue before contacting Sprint, we recommend that you force close the app and re-open it. Then, restart the activation process. When it asks you to dial *739852028060, please dial *737325043103 instead. When you go back to the app, please select I followed these steps to continue with the test call. If you receive an error message again, please dial *737018011030 instead, and select I followed these steps again to perform another test call.
